About us
The CL P project GmbH was founded in 2002 with headquarter in Bolzano. CL P is a service company, which provides technical services in the field of renewable energies for the development and realization of energy projects.
The focus of our activities is:
- Development, coordination and realization of wind farms, solar thermal power plants (CSP - Concentrating Solar Power), and biomass projects.
- Various engineering services, such as project management, construction management, financial advice and preparation of feasibility studies
CL P develops projects mainly in Italy, in cooperation with major international companies, for example the French energy company EDF Energies Nouvelles.
Furthermore, we are also active in the Middle East, where we have established contacts with local project companies from Dubai and Saudi Arabia for future energy projects in these countries.
In the United States, with a focus on California and Nevada, we have also established contacts with local partners for securing real estate, development and implementation of CSP projects with parabolic trough and tower technology.

CL P owns shares of the German project development company hmH land projects GmbH. The main activities of hmH land projects are technical, administrative and financial consultancy in the real estate and construction sector, as well as in the field of renewable energies.
hmH land projects also provides various services in the project development of commercial and industrial properties, as well as in the realization and marketing of energy power plants.
Company that develops and realises a windfarm with 112 MW in the municipalities of San Gavino Monreale, Villacidro and Sanluri, province of Medio Campidano, Region Sardinia.

Aiolos Cerignola S.r.l., project company, that develops a windfarm in Cerignola (FG), region Puglia, with approx. 26 MW.
Naonis Wind S.r.l., project company, that develops two windfarm with approx. 30 MW and 36 MW, also in the municipality of Cerignola.
Company, which developes the CSP project in San Quirico in the municipality of Oristano, Sardinia, with a nominal capacity of approximately 10,8 MW.

Responsible for the management of the company, as well as for obtaining all necessary permits from public offices.

Responsible for project acquisition, project coordination and relations with public offices in connection with the approval process and consultant for the strategic company decisions.
Project Manager.
Responsible for the development of wind farm and solar projects
Technical Manager.
Responsible for technical evaluation and engineering solutions for project’s grid connection, specialized in electrical plants.
Responsible for administration as well as for preliminary project evaluation.
Civil engineer.
Responsible for the infrastructure planning.

CL P has established an exclusive cooperation with numerous external qualified employees, consultants and engineers in Italy and abroad, which are responsible for the planning of infrastructures, various specific reports such as environmental impact studies and for advising in real estate projects.
